HOW IT WORKS!
We give you a freephone number and 10 free minutes to try it
You then get your loved one on the inside to try to add this number to their PIN list - if they suceed you simply add a top-up
They will then be calling you on a freephone number and typically it will cost them nothing call you, but the call will be delivered to a mobile phone.
On reception to prison, prisoners are given a PIN number and a form on which they need to provide the details (name, address, telephone number) of up to twenty people they wish to have contact with and up to fifteen legal numbers...this is where you put the number we give you
