HOW IT WORKS!


We give you a suitable landline number (01/02 number) - 0r 0808 number if appropriate


You then get your loved one on the inside to add this number to their PIN list.  If the prisoner has difficulty getting the 08 Freephone number added we will be happy to supply you with a UK 01/02 number with the local code of your choice - we will then transfer any balance to this service.


On reception to prison, prisoners are given a PIN number and a form on which they need to provide the details (name, address, telephone number) of up to twenty people they wish to have contact with and up to fifteen legal numbers...this is where you put the number we give you


Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
