HOW IT WORKS!
We give you a suitable landline number (01/02 number)
You then get your loved one on the inside to add this number to their PIN list**
They will then be calling you on an 01/02 number and typically it will cost them 10 pence per minute to call you, but the call will be delivered to a mobile phone.
On reception to prison, prisoners are given a PIN number and a form on which they need to provide the details (name, address, telephone number) of up to twenty people they wish to have contact with and up to fifteen legal numbers...this is where you put the number we give you
