HOW IT WORKS!
We give you a freephone (0808) number
You then get your loved one on the inside to add this number to their PIN list
If your loved one has problems adding this number to their PIN we can substitute it for a Geo (01/02) number with the area code of your choice and transfer your credit across.
They will then be calling you on the 0808 number and typically it will cost them nothing to call you, but the call will be delivered to a mobile phone.
On reception to prison, prisoners are given a PIN number and a form on which they need to provide the details (name, address, telephone number) of up to twenty people they wish to have contact with and up to fifteen legal numbers...this is where you put the number we give you
Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
